- Fits all home style beds. Rail length, on both sides of the bed, can be adjusted without tools to 37", 43" or 57" long, so you can have rails level with the top portion of the bed, half way down, or most of the way down the bed.
- Crossbars, which p under the box and mattress and secure the rails on both sides. The cross rails come with extensions that will accommodate a California King size bed. So with this system, you can have a double rail on any size home bed from twin to king.

- To release the rail so your patient can get out of bed, you simply pull the safety release knobs on each side of the rail. The rail then slides down, flush with the bed, to allow your patient to exit the bed uninhibited by the rail. Easily adjusts up or down with spring-loaded release.

This is a great double sided bed rail for any size of home bed (do not order this rail if you using a hospital bed) The crossbars that come with the rails, and which secure the two rails to your bed, can extend to use with a twin, full, queen or king size bed, with a maximum width of 72". Easy to emble and simple to use. To lower the rail, you simply pull the two knobs on the lower portion of each rail. This disengages the rail, and it slides vertically down to the floor. This way, your patient can stand easily from the bed, uninhibited by the rail. Note: we cannot ship by expedited delivery.
